Our Story

The root of the name of "Grovea Networks" comes from the word "grove". A grove is a collection of groups with minimal or no undergrowth. This reflects our business in a number of ways.

We believe that the best way to stay competitive is to continually be inspired by your community. By connecting with other small businesses, business owners don't only remain competitive but are also in the frontier of the feedback loop with their customers.

Grovea's distributed model and technology allows industry actors to promote, browse, and buy and sell designs and products.

I have been working with this fabric on ball gowns and A-line gowns, as it holds it shape very well, the grain lines on the fabric is visible which creates this interesting pattern and texture. The natural color of this fabric is the perfect shade of vintage ivory, brides love it because it brings out a healthy glow on their skin and complements every skin tone.

Dame Couture is proud to carry dresses by independent designers from all over North America. The shop is known for its vintage-inspired selection and always looks for products and suppliers that are eco-friendly and sustainable; it is a proud member of the Chicago Green Wedding Alliance. This particular design is a an upcycled vintage dress; the original skirt was heavily damaged and was replaced with a skirt made from Grovea's pina de peony.
